Ordering Information

Analyticon is the North American sales agent for DKK-TOA Corporation. Most of the equipment we sell is imported. Some products are stock items, however much of it is special order from the factory. Generally, delivery is quoted as 30 day from receipt of order. but may vary from time to time and often is shipped earlier than quoted.

Analyticon requires the "traditional" paperwork of formal purchase orders on company letterhead, with shipping, billing and credit information for new accounts. Complete user and application information is maintained for reference.

TERMS: All major credit cards are accepted as payment for new customers. Payment Terms may be extended and are Net 30 Days with approved credit. Delivery is F.O.B. Springfield, NJ, or shipping point unless indicate otherwise.
All freight charges and other applicable charges will be added to the invoice.
C.O.D. orders will be charged a handling fee of $20.00 in addition to the shipping charges.
Overseas orders will require prepayment by wire transfer or LC.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to be sure all applicable import laws are followed, and all Taxes, duties, or other charges required by local, state, province, or country law, which may be levied, are paid.

MINIMUM ORDER: Generally, there is a $100.00 US minimum order.

ORDERING INFORMATION:
Analyticon accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MC, and AMEX. New accounts and International orders may require pre-payment upon ordering by electronic wire transfer.

Please be sure to include all applicable ship to and bill to information including user contact and purchasing contact.
If you do not have an established account, please include credit application and full company information. We will assist you in establishing a new account upon placing your first order.

RETURNS: A return authorization number is required for any returned product(s). A restocking fee will be charged for any non-stock items. Restocking fee will be charged at 30% of order amount plus shipping/freight expenses. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery. Glassware, consumable items, or custom orders are non-returnable.

QUOTATIONS: Analyticon will provide a formal quotation for any of the products that it offers upon request.
Special configurations or custom design inquiries are welcome. Process monitors and equipment may require full application specifications prior to offering a quotation and may take a additional time to process if factory specifications are needed.

DELIVERY: Analyticon offers a wide spectrum of equipment and supplies. Some of the products may be in stock depending upon sales volume. Typical delivery is quoted as 30 days ARO unless otherwise specified. Some products, due to their configuration or demand, may require slightly longer delivery time. Analyticon will expedite all orders from date of order. Analyticon uses the most economical method for delivery. Standard delivery is generally by United Parcel Service unless otherwise specified. Federal Express and DHL service is also available.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Most of the equipment that we sell is manufactured by DKK-TOA Corporation. The country of origin is Japan.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Analyticon mainly offers products to the North American Market. At times, we may be asked to sell to international clients as we have historically shipped products all over the world. It is at the discretion of Analyticon and its suppliers to determine the most appropriate agent serving the different parts of the world. Analyticon may relay the request for information, quotation, or order to the appropriate International sales office for consideration.

PRICING: Any prices shown on the web or provided in a quotation are in US dollars and are currently applicable for North America.
The pricing is periodically updated in order to be current but is subject to change throughout the year without notice.
Overseas pricing and terms are subject to modification. Some products may not be available for export.

DISCOUNTS: Analyticon has tried to maintain very cost effective pricing for all of its products.
The prices reflect the actually selling price of the unit and discounts are generally not offered from our published prices. Special promotions may be offered on certain items from time to time.

All New accounts will require a complete credit application or company information as supplied by your purchasing department unless order is payed in full with order.

Please fill out our credit application Credit Application and return with your order. New Accounts should include full credit information with at lease three trade references and complete Company information including purchasing and user contact information.
