AUT-501 Automatic Titrator Accessory Information

The AUT-501 Titrator has many options and accessories which allow for even the most difficult automation task or data storage requirement for GLP, GMP or 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

AUTLOG Data Logging Software for PC:

The AUTLOG is capable of offloading all of the titration data stored in the memory of the titrator to a PC for documentation, data storage and retrieval and further analysis. The software can also transfer titration data real time into standard spreadsheet software. Data transfer and storage includes parameters such as date, time, method used, type of method, sample number, sampel size, initial and final temp. and potential and other important data.

The Main menu of the control software allows the user to set up the type of data storage and retrieval option needed. File names can be set, real time data parameters determined or previous data stored in the PC can be recalled.

It is possible to select which data is to be saved to disk. The titration result and or the datal list can be saved.

The user now has the option to save the data onboard, output the data real time to a PC or output all the titration data saved in the titrator to a PC in a batch mode on a routine schedule.

TTT-510 Automatic Sampling Device:

An Automated Sampling device for 12, 18, 36, or 60 samples. This Sampler incorporates an external wash station with seperate pumps for rinsing, soaking and showering of electrodes with both aqueous and non-aqueous solutions.
The sampler also uses standard 200 ml tall beakers for the 12 position, 100 ml beakers for the 18 position, 50 ml tall beakers for the 36 position, and 20 ml tall beakers for the 60 position sampler tray.
The sampler can also be used independently of the main titrator via its RS-232 control.
The system has a number of pre-defined wash and rinse sequences and has adjustable time controls built in.

This sampling device has many other features including alarm limits, aspiration control, magnetic and propeller stirring control, automatic calibration, and much more.

Multipe Pre-amplifiers for pH, Conductivity, Colorimetric, or Amperometric measurement:

Multiple pre-amplifiers for different types of applications. The AUT-501 can incorporate up to three preamplifiers at one time for complex linked routines. For example, measure the pH, Dose to a conductivity level, and titrate to a colorimetric endpoint. Special routines also allow for conductometric "v-shaped" or L-shaped" Titrations!

The available pre-amplifiers include the standard pH/mv preamp, a Photometric preamp, a conductometric preamp and an amperometric preamplifier.

Balance interface:Add an electronic balance to automatically input weights into the memory of the system for automated gravimetric analysis.

The AUT-501 includes a standard bi-directional RS-232 interface for complete control and output of the system parameters and results. It also has an analog control function for the process environment. An External printer can also be attached if required.

Other peripherals: Sealed cell assembly is also available for micro titration, pH stat measurement, temperature controlled measurement or other specialized titrations.
