The AUT-701 Titrator
can track users with access permissions, and track electrode calibration,
serial number, date, time, operator, etc. Our patented electrode memory
sotres all the calibration data and serial number with the electrode.
When a sensor is changed, the data is automatically downloaded to the
instrument. Data can be tracked, stored and printed or sent to a host
computer for logging.
Complete validation
and automation is possible with the software package available with the
AUT-701. Both an onboard printer and external printer is available. LAN/ethernet
as well as USB ports built in.
Features:
- User name and password
access rights with administrative rights. Logged for each titration
- Ambient temperature
and Relative humidiy can be logged (option)
- Electrode memory
allows for complete calibration history for each sensor connected.
- Methods and other
information can be stored and loaded from a USB memory drive.
- Software allows
for real time data acqusition and instrument memory archive.
Single,
Multiple, and Dynamically linked Titration Methods and Routines:
There are many types of titration methods which can be performed. Methods
include "Full Auto" for automatic end point detection and "End
Level" for pre-set end-point level titrations. pH Stat titrations
can be performed, and the system allows for complete control and automation
of Conductivity ("V" and "L" type intersection) Methods. Special Algorythms
for Petroleum Neutralization Titrations are also built-in. Also a few
special routines are built in for Acidity, Salinity, Alkali, and Total
Hardness.
The Control parameters are fully programmable and extremely flexible to
accomodate the most demanding titration requirements. Full calculation
control for up to 5 end points, linking of multiple titrations using multiple
pre-amps is possible. Amperometric and colorimetric analysis is simple
with the available sealed titration cell, photometric adapter and wide
range on electrode systems.
Micro-titrations are
now possible with the small volume titration adapter.
With the sampling
device, you can completely automate your procedure from running the calibration
standards, then standardizing the titrant, and then automatically running
multiple samples without any operator intervention.
AUT-701
Titration Methods
The AUT-701 has the ability to perform many types
of titration methods. This allows for unmatched flexibility to perform
all type of titrations. A true recalculation mode allows for re-analysis
of previous data after control parameters or calculation formulas
have been modified.
Listed below are the
methods available as standard equipment on the AUT-701. Also identified
are a few important control parameters and explanation as to how
they work.
