The G series Conductivity meters are designed as high end conductivity/resistivity measuring instruments and are capable of fully automating conductometric measuring routines.

These instruments incorporate a patented electrode sensor technology which stores critical calibration and ID information in the sensor cell. This data is then transferred to the meter when the electrode is used for measurement giving the operator a complete data trail of critical calibration data as well as meta data for GLP/GMP compliance capability.

Additional features include interval measuring function, automation cabability for adding an auto sampler for unattended multiple sample analysis, External Printer Unit, full RS-232 IO capability and more.

Features:

  • Intelligent Sensor "Calibration Memory" - The electrode stores 10 sets of cell constant data in a microchip of the electrode including Date, sensor information, ID, cell type, etc.. The information is downloaded to the meter when attached.
  • GMP/GLP Compliant- Calibration data storage function (10 sets of data). Sensor replacement function and alarm indications. Diagnostic messages are displayed when an error indication is found.
  • Easy to read and use menu driven operation, back lit large LCD display.
  • Multiple measurement Units- conductivity (S/m, S/cm), resisitvity(Ohm*m, Ohm*cm), temp.,and concentration(%)
  • Graphical display-variation of measured value can be displayed as a graph (time vs. conductivity) on the LCD display.
  • Automatic stability determination-is automatically determined based on pre-set reference data depending on sample type.
  • RS-232C output-as standard feature
  • Automatic cell constant determination-by immersing is standard solution (at constant temp)
  • Temperature compensation adjustable to meet sample conditions- Non linear temperature compensation available (40G/60G) as well as linear compensation (%/Deg. C), enabling instrument to provide more accurate temp compensation.
  • Data storage function- up to 100 pairs of measured data can be stored in memory.
  • Temperature coefficient can be calculated automatically (40G/60G) by measuring 2 to 10 points on conductivity and temperature values of same sample.
  • Accurate measurement for pure water region attainable (CM-60G) with use of conductivity cell and temperature compensation profiles for pure water.
  • Built in thermal Printer (HM60 models) for auto-print at hold function, average value print, printing by interval times, and manual print.
  • System expandability (cm60)- optional peripherals can be added such as turn tables (12,18, or 36 samples) and electrode selector (max 5 electrodes).

The CM-20J is the lower cost economical version for those requiring a basic conductivity meter without the high end features and automation capabilities.
