The DKK-TOA Industrial
process control Electromagnetic Conductivity and concentration analyzers
and transmitters are available from Analyticon with many options and configurations
available to accommodate an entire range of applications. As a leader
in analytical sensor technology, many years of expertise and innovation

Every process monitoring
environment will have unique requirements including sensor configuration
of the electrode, cell type and configuration, system pressure and cleaning
requirements.
In addition to the
main controller, Analyticon offers automatic sensor cleaning devices including
water jet, ultrasonic, chemical and physical sensor cleaning units.

Conductivity/Concentration Control
The Model MBM-160
/ MBM-162 are the Electromagnetic Conductivity wall mount Monitors which
use the induction measurement principle. Highly acidic or alkali systems
can be measured without sensor degradation.

Conductivity/Concentration monitor
Features:

based 4-wire type transmitter in a robust die-cast aluminum case.
- Dual output of
4-20mA for Conductivity and temperature.
- Simplified Calibration.
- Automatic evaluation
of electrode quality. Sensor monitors status of electrode during calibration
and displays error messages if out of specification.
- Automatic and manual
temperature compensation functions are available. Electrode use with
different temp resistance values is possible.
- Standby mode as
"current Conductivity hold" during maintenance work.
- External output
hold command function during cleaning.

- Dual Temp compensation
function annd manual temperature compensation function if needed by
electrode system (Non-pt temp probe).
- Self Diagnostics.
Automatically detects damage to sensor, temp probe, abnormal data, and
indicated by triggering upper/lower alarm limit (adjustable)

outputs for power off and alarm level.
- Able to accomodate
signal output when using sensor washing device (optional).
- Operated on AC
power, from 90VAC to 264VAC.
